How Our Solution Works
The 3D Pallet Inspection System comes down to 3 core features: Full 3D inspection of the pallet or pallet stack; interfacing with a user friendly HMI to set and adjust acceptance limits, notify on failure and provide real time and historical viewings of scans; integrate with 3rd party devices and existing systems to allow ease of implementation.
Full Pallet Inspection
The top mounted cameras measure the dimensions, position, orientation and lean of the pallet or stack in 3D. This enables volume and stability estimations to assess and verify pallet integrity.
The LiDAR sensor is mounted under the conveyor to scan the base of the pallet. The laser is able to see between the conveyor rollers giving a 2D base scan to detect missing or chipped pieces, deformation and a dimension check.

Past scans and results stored in a database to identify historical failures and patterns which is remotely accessible through the web application.

Easy System Integration

The system can communicate with automation controllers and robots using standard industrial communication protocols.
It is also designed to integrate with custom MES/ERP systems using industry standard protocols.
